Easy Trophy games have become more common than ever before, with their prices lowering to match the increased rate of releases. Quick and cheesy Platinum games drop every single week, and while it used to take at least four hours for an easy Platinum in the PS3’s early years, now it can take as little as 30 seconds. Though some gamers look down on these kinds of titles, as they are purely used to inflate one’s Trophy count, those that only care about reaching the max Trophy level may want to grab some of these September releases.

Breaking Down The Easy Trophy Games of September 2022
One thing that becomes immediately clear when looking through this list of titles is the abundance of clicker games. All the jumping food games and the letter games see players pressing the X button or holding down R1, while the animal stroking games share the exact same gameplay loop. This makes sense, as clicker games serve as some of the easiest Trophy games of the bunch, though players should not expect to be entertained when working on them.
For fans of the old mobile game Flappy Bird, or the tribute version featured in Goat Simulator, the six Pretty Bird games could be worth it. They have the exact same gameplay as Flappy Bird and are almost identical from a graphical standpoint, but players can get six Platinums by reaching 25 points in every game. With PS4 and PS5 versions available, players can get 12 platinums from this set of games - though it is not the cheapest series on the list and buying two versions of each title would be costly.
For players who want quick Platinum Trophies with minimal effort, The Cow Quiz and The Chicken Quiz are both good choices. By spamming L1 and R1 on the DualSense, players can get the entire Trophy List cleared in 30 seconds or less. These also have PS4 and PS5 versions, giving players an opportunity to double up on some ridiculously easy Platinums. Frogo 2 is another extremely simple one, as it is essentially just Frogger. Qump Jump is also a breeze, as players simply need to jump from platform to platform as they ascend to the top of a single level.
While Maggie the Magnet and Casual Challenge Players Club are both on the longer side, players are essentially getting two Platinum Trophies for $5 since both games are cross-buy. As such, it could be more viable than some of the quicker Platinum games that players need to buy twice if they want two Platinums. Ultimately, the numerous Trophy games of September show how easy Trophy hunting on PlayStation has become. Though it is not for everyone, some gamers love grinding through easy Trophy games to boost their stats, and they certainly have gotten plenty of opportunities to do just that following September’s PlayStation Store additions.
