After the Eagles cornerback went down with a foot injury in training camp, Philadelphia signed Orlando Scandrick to a one-year deal Saturday following his workout with the team. The Eagles waived defensive tackle Anthony Rush to make room on the roster for Scandrick. Scandrick, 32, was selected by the Cowboys in the fifth round of the 2008 draft. He had 362 tackles, 11.5 sacks and eight interceptions during his nine seasons in Dallas and added 38 tackles and three passes defended in 11 games for the Redskins in 2017....
